The paper is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Shigabuddin Marjani, a well-known Tatar enlightener, religious scholar, historian, ethnographer, arhegrapher, orientalist scholar, and educator. The article examines Sh. Marjani and his family’s memorabilia that have been carefully preserved to the present by his descendants. The collection of Sh. Marjani’s personal things is being stored in the Republic of Tatarstan National Museum.
